Create wallet command

What does it do?

As you can probably guess from the name this command generates you a wallet, it will create your wallet if you don't have one, or will tell you that you have a wallet and give you your address in the case that you already have a wallet. This command can be run anywhere and will only be shown to you, it will delete itself upon closing discord, or clicking dismiss message will also permanently delete it. Please note we will NEVER recover your private key so make sure to keep it safe.
